Did Prof. Alexandridis mention anything about the number of complaints filed by those 1,246M broadband subscribers ? Anything about the fines paid by ISPs because of those complaints ? IMHO, broadband penetration should be measured by the percentage of satisfied customers and in that case we wouldn't be so happy. I didn’t have the time to read the presentation.
