How to fix an air condition leak on a Sunday morning

I was in the office on Sunday but the air condition leaked (big time; seriously). Since there wasn’t anyone to call and I couldn’t survive with the temperature outside climbing to the early 40s, I had to find a solution quickly.

Here’s the problem I had at hand:
